I have only just purchased a lovely caravan & my Grandchildren & all of my family especially my wife love it, the after sales staff especially Frank are extremely helpful & I know it is not an easy job to keep everyone happy, but they try very hard to sort out all the problems that come along with caravan ownership.  

We are in the Cheviots beside the sea & the view is amazing, staff are friendy & helpful,

I would like to see the Owners Lounge be used more often especially at night, & for events, but this takes a lot of organising, maybe we could have an Owners Committee, to be run in conjunction with the Site Manager Sue (who is like a breathe of fresh air here) & the Owners Staff.

i have been going since i was 2 years of age and i am still going at the age of 35. I love it and so do the kids.

We have got our own caravan now and its right next to the beach and it is a beuitiful view.

My son and daughters have friends who own caravans as well and they come when we go as well so they are not bored with no friends but the trampolining is amazing she says to me all the time

i have been bringing my children, now grown up for 20 years, over which time it has been evident that this resort is rapidly going down hill.

entertainment
shocking, the majority of the entertainment was carried out by the 'funstars' (okay for young kids til about 9, then nothing of any value for the rest of the night, late night disco had the same cd on repeat every night).

facilities
funbar-limited range of drinks (often running out all totether)
toilets- unclean & smelly (could smell them in the funbar, which is where the main 'entertainment' was taking place)
staff- friendly but not enough of them, especially during the day when people were ordering meals (often only 1 or 2 people serving meals & drinks)

accommodation
faultless, this is what accounts for the 3* rating.

surrounding area
nice enough but not enough to keep occupied for more than a few days as it is only a little village, unless you have a car (this is for both children, adolescents & adults)

wish i'd known how dire it was prior to booking, would have spent my money elsewhere. i would not recommend this park to anyone in future.
