went for 2 weeks in august and the staff in the arcades were very rude and arrogant if u didnt have a short skirt and your boobs showing thay didnt want two know been there for the last five years and went ther when i was a kid and this year was 1 of the worst years ever trying somewhere new next year and bring back the 4 pint pitchers less queue at the bar.

August 2006 - We pre-booked a three night pitch online as the web page stated there were only 6 pitches left. On arrival, we were told there was no space left and we were put onto the overflow field. Well, I call it a field!! Refugee camps are much dryer and flatter than the hilly mudbath we had to endure!

Some customers had to have their vehicles towed out of the mud by other campers. The toilet block was approx 500 yards away through a muddy copse and ditch (or 5 mins drive to the next site - if you could get your car out of the mud!)

There was a warden patrolling, who would sort any problems. At least, I was told there was!

We did write to Haven via their feedback form, but nothing was heard. So, next time we go to a camp site, it'll be a nice quiet farm type with cows, sheep and a shower block next door.
