Lovely location, right by the sea, small boat yard at the end of the site where they did water sports.

Accommodation spotless, very modern caravan with brand new appliances.

Staff were wonderful, couldn't do enough for you. I lost our fun passes within an hour of arriving and they replaced them - with a smile!

Microwave, although obviously new, didn't work - it was replaced in less than an hour.

Kids loved the arcade, we only went on our last night to go bowling, we were leaving the next day and they opened up the shop early so they could cash in their vouchers.

Swimming pool {indoor}was lovely and warm, although would suggest that they only allow an hour per session as it did get crowded (we went in August}.

Don't take any notice of the bad reviews especially about noise from trains, we were very close and hardly heard any noise from them at all.
