Having read some reviews sites before we went I was a little nervous. But there was no need.
My daughter has a few health problems so to check a few things out I phoned the park directly before we went and spoke to Laura. She was so helpful and when we arrived not only had things been in place for jess but the caravan and park was way above our expectations.
We found all the staff very friendly and helpful. Food order in the aquabar was well priced, served quickly and very nice.
We thought the drinks were reasonably priced.
There is nothing we can complain about so much so we were booked to go to primrose in August but we are going to change it to thorpe park.
Caravans is not something we do it is usual a 5 star all inclusive hotel in Greece we go to so to say we have high standards would be fair.

We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights in Sep 08.
The pool complex was great, even the outdoor pools were heated. Kids also enjoyed the play area with bouncy castle and trampolines the most popular, although I object to paying for a pass to get in there and then pay per ride on top!
The park is huge and we were right at the far end, right next to an open creek leading to the beach - not great with 2 children under 6!
The accommodation was cleaned but very tired - seats covered in various stains and extremely frayed. Carpet also covered in many stains. I wonder if were put in the old accommodation at the back as "Sun Holiday" customers.
Would return as children enjoyed it so much, but only at cheap prices - not worth paying much more.
